I wrote this just after 911

Time to go back and see how things are progressing


Since the terrorist attacks in the USA this past week, it has become painfully obvious that the majority of people have no idea of what exactly is going on. These terrorists did not do what they did in order to attract attention to some cause or other! They did not do this as some kind of revenge disorder! This is simply the opening salvo of a protracted guerrilla war that has been launched against the US and their allies, that will probably continue for decades. The ultimate objective being, the eventual overthrow of the US as a state and the destruction of her constitution! The existing government is to be replaced with a new regime that is to be more in tune with the ideals of the attackers. The motivation for this war is the propagation of an ideology. Obviously one that is violently opposed to every thing that the US currently stands for!

You the reader have probably already realized that the rules of war have changed a bit. No longer do we have a case where we have two armies squaring off and slugging it out. This is a war where the enemy suddenly appears out the blue, takes aim at what is known as a soft target and then melts away after the deed is done. This new method of warfare is now highly developed and well tested in the field. It is highly successful and to date there is no country that I know of where it has failed in its objective of toppling the encumbered government that WAS in power. To give a few examples, Mozambique, Angola, Kenya, Rhodesia ( now Zimbabwe ), South Africa etc,etc.

This type of warfare is the left overs from the cold war. It was developed and used to replace governments in strategically located third world countries with new regime’s that are of the same mind as the masters that supplied the weapons in the first place. Where do you think the guns came from that where used in all these little liberation struggles that have taken place all over the world. It was the Russians and the Chinese that supplied all these freedom fighters with their weapons, or do you think that the billions of dollars that were provided to equip these thugs came from charities? Now, even though the Soviet Union has collapsed, the ideology that they propagated has taken on a life of its own and is able to duplicate itself with out any further input from its original masters.

The name of freedom fighter and terrorist apply to the same person. A soldier trained in the art of guerrilla warfare. If he operates against you he is a terrorist, but if he represents you he is called a freedom fighter. Depends on which side of the fence you stand on.

Now as to what they plan to achieve by their acts of terrorism. The objective is to pick away at the US, one little piece at a time, until it is so broken down ECONOMICALLY and INDUSTRIALLY that it is no longer able to sustain a war effort! You can see from just this first salvo just how effective it is. Now times this over the next twenty years and you start to get the picture.
Fortunately guerrilla warfare follows certain predictable patterns that enable us to derive some idea as to what the future will hold. The attackers on the US will try to achieve the following and will employ the following philosophy.

1. The means will always justify the ends.
2. There are no rules of engagement.
3. Only about 20% of this war will be of a military nature. The remaining 80% will be psychological and will be fought in the harts and minds of the people.
4. Terror will be the vehicle used to move the minds of the people, hence the term terrorist is used to describe this invading army.
5. Everyone and everything is considered expendable and available for use by the cause.
6. The guerilla will concentrate his efforts on what are considered soft targets. He will run from the military. The idea is that he or she will only be of use to the cause as long as they are free. Once caught they will no longer be of any value.
7. Foremost in their minds will be the need to disrupt the defending country’s economy, thereby depriving them of their ability to finance any defense efforts.
8. They will operate in small cells that are not known to each other. Hence if one cell is found out the overall onslaught will not be affected.
9. There is no direct command structure. Each cell has objectives to achieve and will be left to their own devices on how to implement these objectives. The only common link is their Ideology.
10. The objectives were given long before the insurgents settled into the enemy territory ( In this case the US ) where they quickly melted into the common population.
11. The guerrilla will strive for promotion into positions of authority in areas where they can hog tie the defending countries defense efforts or sow the seeds of discord against the encumbered government.
12. It is interesting to note that this particular Ideology will target religious beliefs for one simple reason. Fear of God and a Day of Judgment create a conscience and a sense of right and wrong which gets in the way of propaganda and mind control efforts. If they cannot destroy the religion then they will corrupt it. A good example is liberation theology where Christ was the liberator of his day and now you must be the liberator of yours. Above all things, keep an eye on the churches!
13. Any divisions in the local populations will be exploited. They will desire to propagate a liberation cause in order to overthrow the oppressor. The Negro, Hispanics and aboriginal Indian are perfect to fit this bill. The groundwork has already been laid to make the white man out to be the bad guy and it is the whites that hold the reigns of power in the US at this stage. Perceived racial or class injustices are their greatest tools.
14. Once they can drive the civilian population into a state of paranoia and coheres the encumbered government into developing a police state, They will have basically won! In any boiling pot the scum will rise to the top.


Externally the following will be high on their agenda.

1. The most important item is to isolate the target from the rest of the world and hence, deprive them from external help.
2. All allies to the target will themselves become a target.
3. Truth will be slaughtered. The dissemination of information will be mingled with as much misinformation as possible until even the attacked country will begin to doubt the moral legitimacy of their position. Whole cell groups are set aside for penetration into the news media industry. Nothing is sacred and the promotion of useful idiots will be rapid. The guerrilla knows how to stroke an ego, which has been amply demonstrated in past conflicts.
4. The defending country will be provoked to lash out at targets that will be used as a tool to build up indignation against them in the eyes of other ethnic or religious groups around the world, isolating them further. It will not be the first time that a country destroyed a terrorist training camp that was being used against them, only to find out that the rest of the world believed that they had attacked a refugee camp that housed innocent civilians. The blantentness of the lies will be a part of the psychological war waged against the US.
5. American economic assets abroad will be destroyed, either by labor action or embezzlement or political action involving trumped up accusations and pure deceit. This is also a part of the physiological war, which will result in a self-imposed isolation.
6. Then there is the terrorists main tool called fear, where the other smaller nations will back away from the US for fear of suffering the same fate as them. You will be shocked at how fast your friends will look the other way out of fear. The nations will gradually gravitate towards what they perceive to be the winning side so as to preserve their own safety.
7. Countries that back away and try to take a neutral position will be considered a haven of opportunity by the terrorist organizations. These countries will be considered safe havens from which to provide logistical support for their cells on the front line as well as a place in which to conduct training for new recruits and provide a rest area for those returning from missions. The neutrality of these countries will be maintained through fear for as long as possible. When the defending target carries out preemptive strikes against these bases the terrorist groups will be the first to take advantage of the opportunity. They will tell the rest of the world about the naked aggression carried out by the brutal regime against peace loving nations that only wish to be left alone thereby further isolating the target country.


As can be seen, the control of the news media will become a matter of top priority and these very controls will be used as a tool to discredit the defending governments credibility in the eyes of their very own civilian populations. You do not have to look very far to see that this process started years ago. The attacks against the WTC only occurred because the invading terrorist army believes that they are already firmly entrenched and are now ready to take things to the next step. Or do you believe that the dumming down of the nations education system was by accident? Do you believe that the spiritual decline of the US was a matter of evolutionary progress or was it because all the fringe interest groups were given unlimited news and legal coverage to sweep aside the majority and promote their will on the rest of us? Democracy was highjack long ago and our freedoms used against us. The war has been going on for years in a covert manner and it is only now that it has been stepped up because the attacking force believes that they are ready for it. You will find that many of the people that are doing the damage are not intentionally trying to bring down the country. They are where they are because they have the desired belief system, an over-inflated ego and are totally lacking in understanding. The terrorist dream is to be in a position where they are able to higher and promote their useful idiots into the workforce where they can do the most damage!

Now the question comes, What are we to do if our nations and civilization are to be preserved along with our freedoms? Please give a bit of thought to the following!

1. No government has ever built a country up to greatness, but a bad government can very quickly wreck a good country. Where a country has achieved great things it has been the people that make up that country that have achieved it. The best a good government can do is to get all the people pulling in the same direction and remove all constraints on their creativity.
2. A countries law enforcement officers cannot be in all places at once and are therefore unable to prevent the intimidation of their countries civilian population. The more they try the more they will bring in rules and regulations that will make them appear more and more repressive. In other words, if the state tries to be all-powerful then its actions will become counter productive. The secret here is to bring the countries civilian population on sides and keep them there. This is how you counteract the psychology of terror and it works very well.
3. If the civilian population is left in a position where they feel out of control and defenseless then they will split apart and pull in all different directions. The government will loose control and no amount of laws and regulations will help. The civilian population is every where and has eyes everywhere so this is the ideal medium with which to keep the countries intelligence up to date. All you have to do is keep them on side. Public education is the key here!
4. If the countries civilian population is to be motivated to come to the defense of their countries government, then they must never be left in a position where they believe that they are defenseless as individuals. They must be given a form of defense and know that they are supported by their government and fellow country men.
5. Keeping what has just been said in mind, It would be a good idea if a form of national service was introduced where all men of military age are called up for basic training and taught how to assist in fire fighting, first aid, use of weapons, what to do in the event of biological attack, how to assist in internal refugee crisis’s, avoid nuclear fall out, survival skills on erecting temporary shelter and cleaning drinking water, but above all, to have a bit of military discipline installed so as to get them operating as one in the inevitable event of a terrorist attack against a civilian target. This will also give the rudiments of a command structure that can be utilized to speed up a response to any disaster as well as giving the civilian population a sense that they are still in control of their own destiny, even in the mist of disaster. This formula is proven and it works.
6. Above all, do not disarm your civilian population! If anything the more people walking around with guns the better. Think of this, anybody that packs a firearm is automatically 7 feet tall. If a terrorist group walks into an electrical distribution plant with the intent of shutting it down for a few critical minutes and the personnel working there are unarmed, then the terrorists will succeed. If however the common workers there can offer a bit of resistance then the out come can be completely different! No body is going to try and rob a bank if they know that a dozen people standing in line at the cashier counter will probably shoot them full of holes if they try.
7. All of the above is especially true in places like the Indian reservations or other places that are inhabited by minority groups that receive little interest from the general population at large. These areas are of the utmost importance to the terrorist. The terrorist will always bring the marginalized fringes of society over to their cause using the carrot and stick method. Those that stand up to them will be labeled as sellouts and publicly killed as a warning to the other members of that community and those that are seen to help them will be rewarded and given authority over the others. These fringe groups will become the heroes of the revolution and will be used to provide safe houses and food as well as hide the weapons caches that will be used to carry out the terrorist acts of sabotage in the areas of industry etc. The less public interest in the welfare of the population group the more it is of value to the terrorist! The more they help the terrorist the more they become marginalized. One big vicious circle.
8. You must always remember that the battle is for the control of the harts and minds of the common people, the military action is just to help things along a bit. Every successful terrorist attack will be used to show just how impotant the defending government is and how out of touch they are. It is therefore of the utmost importance to keep the civilian population focused and on side for the defence of the country. Remember that the terrorist has no intention of keeping their promises once they hold the reigns of power and are firmly established as the government of the country.
9. Now the next problem is to get rid of all the cells that have lodged themselves within the framework of government and who now hold positions of respectability and authority. This is easy, follow the trail of useful idiots, insane rules and regulations that will hog-tie the general population in knots. Once you have one you can get the rest,
10. As far as the external propaganda war goes, they that shout the loudest will be the ones that are heard. There must never be any let up in this arena, as this is the most important part if we are not to be isolated and condemned from the rest of the world body.
11. There is however, one huge resource that still lies untapped. When many of the smaller countries succumbed to the terrorist onslaught and the liberation armies gathered up the reigns of power, The residence of these countries fled and many of them wound up here in North America. The fact that they came to North America indicates that they are basically still on side. This huge group of people are a vast resource of experience as far as a defense against a terrorist onslaught goes. It would be a good idea to tap into this resource, if only to make sure that past mistakes are not repeated all over again. There will be time enough to make a whole lot of new ones.
