The Second Amendment Empty The Second Amendment

The Second Amendment.

There is so much controversy and deceitful manipulation regarding this amendment that it has become obvious that it needs to be analysed to define exactly what it does say and what its intended meaning really is. This may seem strange because it is very simple and straight forward but our time is what it is, we live in an age of deception.

This is what the second amendment says, very short, sweet and to the point.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Right off the pop the right of the people to bear arms is associated with the militia, not hunting or sport or show but to empower a militia. So the next obvious question is, What is a militia , Well the dictionary definition is.

Militia >noun 1 a military force raised from the civilian population to supplement a regular army in an emergency. 2 a rebel force opposing a regular army.
-ORIGIN Latin, 'military service'.

A Militia is a peoples army made up of the common people in society, your bakers and farmers and black smiths etc. They are the ones that are to be armed with the intention of preserving a free state from the oppression of would be tyrants and invading armies. Obviously the type of arms that they are to be allowed to possess are to be of the same standard as any invading force that would want to come in and subjecate and dominate over the local societies. The intention of the second amendment is to enable the common people to defend themselves from domination by outside forces. Like it or not arms also include cannons, ground to air missiles, grenades and even tanks if they can afford them and have a place to park them.

Now the second amendment makes it quite clear that the right of the general populace to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon, So the next question is, what does infringe mean, Well this is the dictionary definition.

Infringe >verb 1 violate (a law, agreement, etc.). 2 encroach on (a right or privilege).
-DERIVATIVES infringement >noun infringer >noun.
-ORIGIN Latin infringere, from in- 'into' + frangere 'to break'.

As the constitution is the law of the land then any action to prevent the people from bearing arms is an infringement against the second amendment and against the law of the land.

So what do we see ?

Those in government take an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States, When they pass laws to infringe upon the right to bear arms they break the law twice over, First in violating their oath of office and second in violation of the actual constitution itself.
Why are these oath breakers and criminals not in prison and why have they not been charged as criminals ?

The right of the people to bear arms is a right granted under the law, it is not a privilege but a right and the arms are to be of a standard that they can be used to fend off invading armies, in other words they are to be of military quality. Which means large capacity magazines and large calibers and automatic.

No provision has been made in the constitution for any politician to place any form of limits on this. That is the law. Those politicians that have are themselves law breakers.[/b]
